I had the privilege of having Casey come out to my house to spray. He was very knowledgeable about everything I had to ask...and there were many questions. He was dressed professional and his mannerisms and extended helpfulness were also professional! I do not do bugs at all and he comforted me not only getting in every crack and crevice, but he also laid out some insect traps for me and told me if I didn't feel comfortable handling them that he would get them next time!! Casey went above and beyond to ease my anxiety of even having roaches. One is too many for me.

Jamie came and sprayed today, and as usual, was as professional as they come! Got the job done and was gone, no problem.

Jamie arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time (a plus). He explained what he would do beforehand and thoroughly explained his findings and approach for catching a raccoon in my crawlspace. I think I was more impressed with the fact that he crawled into the crawlspace knowing that a raccoon had been sighted (previous technician didn't go into crawlspace and was late for the appointment). Raccoon captured in less than 24 hours!!! Highly recommend!!!
